We are not dental advisors, practitioners, or providers. Patients are encouraged to consult with their local healthcare providers and satisfy themselves before pursuing our services and dental treatments.
Contractual Relationship
All treatments are provided directly by the dental clinics with whom patients choose to enter into a separate contractual relationship.
Dental Spas and Safaris is not a party to these contracts and cannot be held responsible or liable for the quality, outcome, or any disputes arising from treatments.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, Dental Spas and Safaris will endeavour to facilitate a positive resolution however cannot guarantee specific outcomes or assume liability.
Non-Circumvention
Patients agree not to bypass or circumvent Dental Spas and Safaris by engaging directly and separately with any dental clinics, practitioners, affiliated service providers and business partners introduced, marketed or facilitated by Dental Spas and Safaris, without the agency's participation and prior written consent.
You acknowledge that any attempt to do so would result in significant and irreparable harm to Dental Spas and Safaris, including but not limited to, financial loss and reputational damage. Our company reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available to protect its interests in this regard.
